Terms & Conditions<\/h1>\r\n

By completing an order and purchasing from Gmash Al Asimah General Trading Company (\"Gmash\"), the customer agrees to the following terms:<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Orders & Payment<\/h2>\r\n
    \r\n
  • An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.<\/li>\r\n
  • The customer is responsible for verifying the fabric type, color, quantity, and required length before confirming the order.<\/li>\r\n
  • The prices displayed at checkout are the applicable prices for the order, unless there is an obvious error in the price or information.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n
    \r\n

    Cutting & Preparation<\/h2>\r\n
      \r\n
    • Fabrics are cut and prepared according to the length and quantity selected by the customer in the order.<\/li>\r\n
    • Due to the nature of fabrics, slight and natural variations in color shade or texture may occur between different production batches.<\/li>\r\n
    • Customers are advised to inspect and verify the fabric before washing or tailoring.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n
      \r\n

      Returns & Refunds<\/h2>\r\n

      Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\r\n

        \r\n
      • The fabric must be in its new and original condition.<\/li>\r\n
      • The fabric must not have been tailored, sewn, altered, or washed.<\/li>\r\n
      • The invoice or other proof of purchase must be provided.<\/li>\r\n
      • The product should be returned with its accessories and packaging whenever reasonably possible.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

        These terms do not affect any mandatory rights granted to customers under the applicable consumer protection laws of the State of Kuwait.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

        \r\n

        Defects or Order Errors<\/h2>\r\n

        If the customer receives fabric that is defective, damaged, or different from the type, color, or length specified in the order, please contact Gmash as soon as the issue is discovered.<\/p>\r\n

        After verification, the matter will be handled through an exchange, refund, or other appropriate remedy in accordance with Kuwaiti law.<\/p>\r\n

        This does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, washing, or inappropriate tailoring after receiving the order.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

        Colors & Images<\/h2>\r\n

        We make every effort to display fabric colors and images as accurately as possible. However, the actual color may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or differences between fabric production batches.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

        \r\n

        Delivery & Receipt<\/h2>\r\n

        The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery details and phone number provided at checkout are correct.<\/p>\r\n

        Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery area, courier service, and circumstances beyond Gmash's control.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

        Invoice<\/h2>\r\n

        The electronic invoice or order confirmation issued by Gmash serves as proof of purchase. Customers are advised to retain it for any return or exchange request.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

        \r\n

        Governing Law<\/h2>\r\n

        All purchases and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.<\/p>\r\n

        Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or waive any mandatory consumer rights granted under Kuwaiti law.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n
