Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your GMASH order. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions below.
Return & Exchange Conditions
The fabric must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Not washed, altered, tailored, damaged, or treated.
- Returned with its original packaging where applicable.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or the relevant order number.
Cut Fabrics
Because fabrics are cut and prepared according to the length and quantity selected by the customer, eligibility for return or exchange may depend on the condition and nature of the order.
Incorrect or Defective Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is a defect in the fabric, please contact GMASH as soon as possible and provide your order number and photos of the item.
Before Tailoring or Washing
We strongly recommend inspecting the fabric carefully before washing, cutting, or tailoring it. Once fabric has been washed, altered, or tailored, we may not be able to accept a return or exchange.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number.
- The item you would like to return or exchange.
- The reason for your request.
- Photos, where relevant.
